Every workflow you record gets a secure share URL with a clean read-only viewer. Recipients see your steps, your annotations, and your screenshots — nothing else. No account required.

Generate the link

Open the workflow in the editor and click Share. The share URL appears in the panel; copy it to your clipboard.

Drop it anywhere

Drop the link into a help-center article, a customer ticket, an onboarding email, a Slack thread, or a Notion page. The reader gets the polished read-only viewer.

Stays current on every replay

When you click Replay to refresh the source workflow, the share link automatically reflects the freshest version. No re-paste, no version drift, no second link.
