Record your first workflow
Workflow Replay captures every click, input, and navigation as a full-page screenshot, automatically, in the background. This guide walks the 60-second loop from start-capture to a polished workflow.
Step 1 — Open the page you want to document
Open the web app or page you want to document in a fresh Chrome tab. Workflow Replay works on any site Chrome can load — internal tools, customer-facing SaaS, your own product.
Step 2 — Click Start Capture
Click the Workflow Replay icon in your toolbar to open the extension panel, then press Start Capture. Workflow Replay starts recording silently.
Step 3 — Perform the workflow
Click, type, navigate. Every action becomes a step. Every step gets a full-page screenshot. The extension never gets in your way — no overlays, no popups, just clean capture.
Step 4 — Click Stop
When you've finished the workflow, open the extension panel and click Stop. The captured workflow opens automatically in the Workflow Replay editor.
Step 5 — Land in the editor
You're in. Every step is captured, every screenshot is full-page, and the workflow is replay-ready. Polish it in the editor, share the link, and any time the underlying UI shifts, click Replay to refresh.
