Edit and annotate a workflow
After capture, you land in the visual editor with every step and screenshot in place. The editor is built for fast polish — rename, reorder, annotate, crop, blur — without ever leaving the browser tab.
Rename the workflow and its steps
Click the workflow title to rename it. Click any step title to rewrite it. Captured titles are derived from the click target; rename them to whatever a reader actually needs to understand.
Reorder, merge, or delete steps
Drag-and-drop step cards to reorder. Use the step menu to merge two adjacent steps or delete a step that doesn't belong (an accidental click captured during recording).
Add annotations
Each screenshot supports arrows, highlight boxes, and inline text callouts. Annotations live above the screenshot — they persist across every replay-to-refresh run.
Crop and zoom
Crop a screenshot to focus the reader on the relevant region; the original full-page capture is preserved underneath, so a future Replay run still rehydrates the full canvas.
