Install the Chrome extension

The Workflow Replay Chrome extension is the recording-and-replay engine. It installs in one click and pins to your toolbar so you can record any workflow on any website. This guide walks through the install and captures your first workflow.

Step 1 — Open the Chrome Web Store listing

Open Chrome (or any Chromium browser — Brave, Edge, Arc) and navigate to chrome.google.com/webstore. Search for "Workflow Replay" or follow the install link from the Workflow Replay home page.

Step 2 — Add to Chrome

Click Add to Chrome, then Add extension in the confirmation dialog. The extension installs in seconds.

Step 3 — Pin the extension to your toolbar

Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Workflow Replay. Pinning keeps the extension one click away on every site you want to capture.

Step 4 — Sign in

Click the Workflow Replay icon and sign in with Google or your email. Free accounts require no credit card.

Step 5 — Capture your first workflow

Open any web app, click Start Capture in the extension panel, perform your workflow, and click Stop. You will land in the editor with a fully captured guide — clicks, inputs, navigation, and full-page screenshots, all polished and ready to share.
