Export to offline HTML

Some workflows need to live outside our platform — attached to a customer ticket, archived in a compliance folder, opened on a laptop on a plane. Workflow Replay exports any workflow as a single self-contained HTML file. Every screenshot embedded inline, every step formatted, every annotation preserved.

Export the whole workflow

Open the workflow and click Export → HTML. The file downloads in a few seconds. Double-click to open it in any browser.

Export a single step

For long workflows, you can export an individual step instead of the whole workflow — useful for attaching exactly the screen a customer asked about.

Re-export after every replay

After you click Replay to refresh the underlying workflow, regenerate the export. The new HTML file ships with the freshly rehydrated screenshots — every annotation, every redaction, every brand asset preserved.

Self-contained means self-contained

The export is a single file. No CDN dependency, no external assets, no login wall. Open it offline; archive it; email it; ship it.
